Durational Performance: June 12th through June 23rd, 2019
The galleries are open Tuesday through Sunday, 12-18H, entrance fee € 3.
A durational performance in which Marilyn Arsem, with minimal intervention, inquires into the nature of time. Water Moving is a contemplative investigation examining the movement of water. “I will mark the paths along which it travels, discover what hinders it, measure its disappearance, and examine what remains. Each day I will follow a different course. I may ask viewers to assist me, while other times I will invite them to join me in watching in silence. Water Moving is an intimately-scaled inquiry designed to consider larger questions.”
Marilyn Arsem is a guest artist in Maalstroom, an exhibition of Jolanda Jansen and Anna J. Van Stuijvenberg, June 1st through June 23rd, opening on May 31st.
