Thursday December 2 @ 8 PM – Oil Tasting @Mobius
Come and take part in a blind tasting of exotic and delicious olive oils, as Formaggio Kitchen joins Prism to present a new take on that Chanukah staple: oil.
Sunday December 5 @ 6 PM – Trivia Night @ Estragon
Test your Jewish trivia knowledge and enjoy delicious tapas at Estragon (700 Harrison Ave).
Wednesday December 8 @ 7:30pm – Story Slam @Mobius
Come and hear hilarious and insightful tales as Prism and Four Stories team up to present some of Boston’s exciting story tellers talking about their own cultural assimilation and heritage.

Chanukah Festival Artists
Sharon Dunn currently serves as professor at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design. With over 30 years of teaching experience, she has served as Department Chair in the Studio Foundation Department at Massachusetts College of Art and Design and Visiting Lecturer at Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Pennsylvania State University. Ms. Dunn has also coordinated Visual Arts programs at Wheelock College and Massachusetts Bay Community College. Her areas of research explore large-scale mixed media investigations of photography, painting, digital imagery, visual immersion as it relates to mapping geological transformations & atmospheric changes, and coastal ecosystems.
Lewis Gesner works predominantly in performance medium, presenting his simple and simplified actions frequently and in international settings. He is living now in Taipei City Taiwan.
Lillian Helen Graham grew up in Sharon MA, and now lives in Weston MA. She studied studio art and photography at Marlboro College in Vermont. Many of her photos have been shown at the Vermont Center of Photography, Drury Gallery at Marlboro College, The White Mountain School, and 119 Gallery in Lowell MA. Her photography is based off of the inspiration and memories captured in everyday life. Her current project is a collection of images taken at Wilevco, a family business that has been around since the 1950's. http://www.lillianhelengraham.com/
Roy Pardi is an artist and educator working in the Boston area. His work has been shown internationally and is included in many public and private collections. http://roypardi.com/
Leslie Starobin is a Boston area artist and photographer, whose work is in the collection of a number of major American museums, including New York ’s MOMA and the Jewish Museum, Harvard University ’s Fogg Art Museum , and the Museum of Fine Arts in Houston . Her work has been exhibited at the Rose Art Museum at Brandeis University , the Duke University Museum of Art, Smith College Museum , and the National Jewish Museum in Washington , D.C. , amongst other places. Starobin is a 1995 recipient of a New England Foundation for the Arts Fellowship, as well as an earlier NEA grant. She received her M.F.A. from the San Francisco Art Institute, and her B.A. from Hampshire College in Amherst , MA . http://www.starobinartworks.com/
Douglas Urbank is a Boston-based artist and filmmaker. Originally from Farmington, Connecticut, he has a BFA from Carnegie-Mellon University with a focus on sculpture and drawing. In 2008 he turned to experimental filmmaking, currently his primary art form. Since 2006 he has hosted a radio program devoted to experimental, improvisational, and other unconventional music and sound art. He is a member of the Fort Point Theatre Channel, an independent theatre company dedicated to creating new configurations of the performing arts, which brings together artists from the worlds of theater, music, and the visual arts. His films have been included in exhibitions at Atlantic Works in East Boston, the Fort Point Arts Community Gallery in Boston, the Medicine Show Theatre in New York City, and Mobius in Boston, and in several Fort Point Theatre Channel productions. In 2009 he was the featured artist at the Artist Foundation Gallery's Media Room.
